摘 要:目的通过精益医疗活动,缩短患者办理住院等待时间,提升满意度,降低人力成本。方法运用精益A3管理工具,成立A3项目团队,确定以"缩短患者办理住院等待时间"为项目改善主题,进行现状调查,绘制办理入院价值流图,进行原因和数据分析;设立目标,拟定对策落实措施,对比改善前后的效果,进行持续改进。结果通过精益A3项目活动实施,患者办理住院等待时间较前平均缩短64分钟,患者满意度明显提高。结论运用精益A3工具,不仅优化了工作流程,缩短患者办理住院等待时间,还提高了满意度,降低医院人力成本,值得推广。Objective Through lean medical activities,the waiting time of patients for hospitalization is shortened,satisfaction is improved,and labor costs are reduced. Methods Using the lean A3 management tool,the A3 project team was set up. The project improvement theme of"shortening the waiting time for patients to go to hospital"was determined,the status quo was investigated,the value stream map of going to hospital was drawn,and the reasons and data were analyzed.Set goals,formulate countermeasures and implement measures,compare the effects before and after improvement,and make continuous improvement. Results Through the implementation of the lean A3 project,the waiting time of patients was shortened by 64 minutes on average,and the patient satisfaction was significantly improved. Conclusion The application of the lean A3 tool not only optimizes the workflow,shortens the waiting time for patients,improves the satisfaction,and reduces the hospital labor cost.
