摘　　要：目的探讨强化风险管理模式在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情暴发后的初步应用成效。方法采用强化风险管理的方法,快速启动应急机制,积极制定呼吸内镜中心新型冠状病毒肺炎院内感染防控策略,进行全员培训,培训内容主要包括:集中讲授新型冠状病毒肺炎相关专业知识,个人防护装备穿脱流程重点强化培训,模拟新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下隔离病房和气管镜操作环境,进行实训演练,规范标本运出病区流程。全科医务人员必须合格后才具备特殊时期工作上岗资格,同时对一线工作人员心理危机发生风险进行防范和干预。结果通过积极探索、学习、强化风险管理模式在重大突发公共卫生事件中的应用,医院院感防控工作得到积极有效的贯彻,医院新型冠状病毒肺炎培训均有统计学意义(P <0.001),实现了新型冠状病毒肺炎院内零感染目标。结论强化风险管理模式在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情暴发后显示了初步应用成效,在应对重大突发公共卫生事件有一定的应用价值。Objective To explore the preliminary application effect of strengthen risk management model in the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia. Methods We took the model of strengthen risk management to formulate prevention and controlled strategies for the novel coronavirus pneumonia in respiratory endoscope room,and we quickly launched the emergency mechanism,set up a special prevention and control team,and carried out all staff training. The main contents of the training included: Experts focus on teaching the novel coronavirus pneumonia related theoretical knowledge;The management team focuses on strengthening the training process of personal protective equipment( ppe) on and off;The team members simulated the isolation ward and operating environment of tracheoscope under the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia and carried out practice drills;We have also trained to strengthen the standard procedures for transporting specimens out of isolated wards. All team members must be trained before they are qualified for the special period. At the same time,we must prevent and intervene the front-line staff psychological crisis. Results Strengthen the application of risk management model in major public health emergency through active exploration and learning. These training statistics are statistically significant( P < 0. 001). The novel coronavirus pneumonia is successfully implemented in hospitals and it achieved hospital zero infection target in the novel coronavirus pneumonia. Conclusion The strengthen risk management model has shown initial application effectiveness after the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia,so as to it has certain application value in responding to major public health emergency.
