摘　　要：目的探讨FOCUS-PDCA循环管理方法在降低正畸托槽脱落率中的作用。方法利用FOCUSPDCA循环管理方法分析正畸科托槽脱落率现状并制定对策实施,以实施后托槽脱落率作为效果评价指标。结果对策实施后托槽脱落率为3.76%,与实施前脱落率15.4%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 FOCUS-PDCA循环管理方法对降低托槽脱落率有积极的作用。Objective To study the effect of FOCUS-PDCA cyclical management on reducing the rate of bracket debonding. Methods FOCUS-PDCA cyclical management was used to analyze the current situation of bracket debonding rate in orthodontic department and continuous improvement measures were formulated. The bracket debonding rate after implementation was taken as the evaluation index. Results The bracket debonding rate was 3. 76% after the implementation of the strategy,which was significantly different from that before the implementation of the strategy( 15. 4%)( P < 0. 05).Conclusion FOCUS-PDCA cyclical management had a positive effect on reducing bracket debonding rate.
