摘　　要：目的探讨在膝关节微创治疗前进行封闭试验对手术疗效的影响。方法回顾性选择2017年1月—2018年12月沈阳市骨科医院收治的行膝关节微创手术的患者70例,依据术前封闭试验效果分为无效组19例和有效组51例,比较两组患者手术前(D0)、术后1周(D1)、术后1个月(D2)和术后3个月(D3)的疼痛情况和活动能力,评价工具分别为视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和Lysholm膝关节评分法。结果无效组和有效组D0、D1时间点VAS评分和Lysholm评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而D2和D3时间点VAS评分和Lysholm评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论封闭试验有效的慢性骨关节病患者行膝关节微创手术可以获得更大的临床收益,相比于封闭试验无效的患者疼痛和膝关节功能改善更为明显。Objective To investigate the effect of sealing test before minimally invasive treatment of knee joint.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,a total of 70 patients with minimally invasive knee surgery in Shenyang orthopedic hospital were selected and divided into invalid group(19 cases)and effective group(51 cases)according to the effect of preoperative sealing test.The pain and activity ability of the two groups were compared before operation(D0),1 week after operation(D1),1 month(D2)and 3 months(D3)after operation.Clinical outcomes were evaluated using the visual analog scale(VAS)and Lysholm knee score.Results There was no significant difference in VAS score and Lysholm score between invalid group and effective group at D0 and D1(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in VAS score and Lysholm score at D2 and D3 time points(P<0.05).Conclusion The chronic osteoarthropathy patients with effective sealing test can obtain greater clinical benefits for minimally invasive knee surgery,and get significant improvement in pain and joint function than those patients with ineffective sealing test.
