摘　　要：近年来,随着海上油田勘探向滩海和深海的发展,大位移井由于其显著的成本和技术优势,获得了快速且广泛的应用。但是,在大位移钻井中应用传统下套管技术时发生了套管下不到设计位置且无法处理等井下事故。CDS(Casing Drive System)技术通过顶驱整合了套管钳、灌浆工具与循环工具,实现下套管自动连接,提供套管旋转及循环钻井液功能。基于CDS系统的组成及其下套管工艺的原理,通过将CDS系统与全漂浮下套管技术结合,形成了CDS下全漂浮套管串工艺。现场应用取得了良好效果,为超大位移井的下套管作业提供了新的技术方案。In recent years,with the development of offshore oilfield exploration to the beach and deep sea,extended reach well has been widely used due to its significant cost and technical advantages.However,when the traditional casing technology is applied in extended reach drilling,downhole accidents such as the casing mis-reaching the design position,which can not be handled.CDS(casting drive system)technology integrates casing tongs,grouting tools and circulation tools through top drive to realize automatic connection of casing running and provide casing rotation and drilling fluid circulation functions.Based on the composition of CDS system and the principle of casing running technology,the full floating casing string technology under CDS was formed by combining CDS system with full floating casing running technology.The field application has achieved good results,which provides a new technical scheme for casing operation in ultra large displacement wells.
