摘  要:滑动推靠式垂直钻井系统在山前高陡地质构造的油气钻井中得到广泛应用。但是,在大排量、深井和高密度钻井液环境下,脉冲器不耐冲蚀、脉冲信号衰减大;在软泥岩地层,存在工具易阻卡、托压等问题。对脉冲发生器易受冲蚀零部件的结构进行了优化设计,增加控制阀的起始力和优选控制阀行程;根据施工井地质特性及邻井调研,优选系统推靠翼及推力。优化后脉冲器在BZ11等井使用,工作循环时间多次突破250 h,最长达309 h;另外,在BZ11井进行了5趟钻应用,系统出井处井斜0.6°,复杂情况明显减少。结果表明,滑动推靠式垂直钻井系统结构性能优化,取得了较好的应用效果,能够达到释放钻压、防斜打直的目的。The sliding push type vertical drilling system has been widely used in the high dip angle and thrust over nappe formation by its high precision of well deviation control and simple field operation.However,in the environment of large displacement and high-density drilling fluid in deep well,the pulser is not resistant to erosion,and the pulse signal attenuation is large,there are problems such as tool sticking and underpressure in the soft mudstone formation.The structure of the pulse generator vulnerable to erosion components has been optimized to increase the starting force of the control valve and the optimal control valve stroke.According to the geological characteristics of the construction well and the investigation of adjacent wells,the system steering ribs and force were optimized.After optimization,the pulser was used in wells such as BZ11,the working cycle time exceeded 250 hours many times,and the maximum was up to 309 hours.The system has been applied for five times in well BZ11,and the deviation of the wellhole was 0.6°and the complexity was obviously reduced.The results show that the structural performance of the sliding push type vertical drilling system has been optimized,and good application effects have been achieved,which can achieve the purpose of releasing WOB and preventing deflection and straightening.
