摘  要:由于膏盐层具有塑性流动和蠕变频繁的特性,加上强注、强采作业,导致地层压力系统紊乱,造成套管损坏日益严重,严重的套损不仅影响原油的正常开采,还造成巨大的效益损失。为了解决膏盐层的套损问题,设计了局部高抗挤双层套管固井工具。通过有限元分析,对该工具的抗挤能力进行模拟计算,对优化后的工具进行性能评价试验;优化局部双层组合套管的固井工艺,制定新的固井管串设计方案。该工具已经现场应用14口井次,施工过程顺利,应用效果良好,解决了所钻井套管易变形损坏等问题,延长油气井使用寿命,提高油气开发的综合效益。Due to the characteristics of frequent plastic flow and creep in gypsum-salt rock,combined with strong injection and strong production operation,the formation pressure system is disordered,causing serious casing damage.Serious casing damage not only affects the normal production of crude oil,but also causes huge loss of benefit.In order to solve the problem of casing damage in gypsum salt formation,a local high collapse resistance double casing cementing tool was designed.Through finite element analysis,the anti collapse ability of the tool was simulated,and the performance evaluation test of the optimized tool was carried out.Meanwhile,the cementing technology of local double layer combined casing was optimized,and a new cementing string design scheme was formulated.At present,the tool has been used in 14 wells on-site.The construction process is smooth and the application effect is good.It solves the problems of easy deformation and damage of the drilled casing,prolongs the service life of oil and gas wells,and improves the overall benefits of oil and gas development.
