摘　　要：非常规油气开发压裂施工中由于井场面积小、设备多、间距小、设备连续运行时间长,易发生压裂机组着火事故的问题。利用集中连续供油方法、自动控制原理和远程遥控APP技术,研制了一种具有远程自动控制功能的压裂机组发动机的集中连续供油装置,并进行厂内试验和井场应用试验。所研制的供油装置实现了远程24台压裂设备的柴油机集中连续供给燃油和自动控制,以及50 m距离内的远程遥控、意外或紧急情况下的自动切换。该装置避免了压裂设备大容量燃油箱着火、助燃及火势扩大风险,提高了压裂作业的安全性。Aiming at the problem of unconventional oil and gas development and fracturing operation,due to the small wellsite area,multiple equipment,small spacing,and long continuous operation of equipment,fire accidents of the fracturing unit are easy to occur.Based on the method of centralized continuous oil supply,automatic control principle and remote control app technology,a centralized continuous oil supply device for fracturing unit engine with remote automatic control function was developed,and the plant test and field application test of the device were carried out.The fuel supply device developed realizes the centralized and continuous fuel supply and automatic control of the diesel engines of 24 remote fracturing equipment,as well as the remote control within a distance of 50 m,and the automatic switching in accident or emergency situations.The device avoids the risk of fire,combustion supporting and fire expansion of large capacity fuel tank of fracturing unit,and improves the safety of fracturing operation.
