摘　　要：目的:探讨关节超声在不同治疗方案中对类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)的疗效评估.方法:选取2017年1月-2018年12月本院住院的60例RA患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为MTX+Infliximab组(甲氨喋呤联合英夫利西单抗)与MTX单药组(甲氨蝶呤),各30例.对比两组治疗前后DAS28、VAS评分,并使用关节超声检测两组治疗前后超声指标评分.结果:治疗第12、22周,两组DAS28、VAS及超声指标评分均低于治疗前,且MTX+Infliximab组各项评分均低于MTX单药组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:MTX联合Infliximab治疗RA患者具有显著的临床效果,使用关节超声检查能够较好地评估不同方案的治疗效果.Objective:To explore the value of joint ultrasound in evaluating the efficacy of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)in different treatment options.Method:A total of 60 RA patients hospitalized in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as study subjects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into MTX+Infliximab group(Methotrexate combined with Infliximab)and MTX single drug group(Methotrexate),30 cases in each group.DAS28 and VAS scores before and after treatment were compared between two groups,ultrasound index scores before and after treatment were detected by joint ultrasound.Result:At the 12th and 22ed week of treatment,DAS28,VAS and ultrasound index scores of two groups were all lower than those of before treatment,all scores of the MTX+Infliximab group were lower than those of the MTX single drug group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:MTX combined with Infliximab has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of RA patients,joint ultrasound examination can better evaluate the therapeutic effect of different treatment.
