摘　　要：目的:探讨医院-社区一体化康复护理对老年精神分裂症患者的应用价值.方法:选择2017年5月-2019年9月期间本院收治的老年精神分裂症患者82例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各41例.对照组采取常规护理干预,研究组实施医院-社区一体化康复护理.比较两组精神状况、精神分裂症症状及生活质量.结果:护理后,研究组MMSE、GQOLI-74评分分别为(23.02±3.44)、(80.20±10.17)分,对照组分别为(20.36±3.31)、(73.83±9.25)分,研究组均高于对照组,研究组PANSS评分为(44.17±7.56)分,对照组为(52.23±7.94)分,研究组低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:医院-社区一体化康复护理能够改善老年精神分裂症患者精神状况,减轻临床症状,提升病后生活质量.Objective:To explore the application value of hospital-community integrated rehabilitation nursing on elderly patients with schizophrenia.Method:A total of 82 elderly patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to September 2019 were selected,they were divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method,41 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing intervention,the study group implemented hospital-community integrated rehabilitation nursing.Mental status,symptoms of schizophrenia and quality of life were compared between two groups.Result:After nursing,MMSE and GQOLI-74 scores of the study group were(23.02±3.44)and(80.20±10.17)points respectively,the control group were(20.36±3.31)and(73.83±9.25)points respectively,the study group were higher than those of the control group;PANSS score of the study group was(44.17±7.56)point,the control group was(52.23±7.94)point,the study group was lower than that of the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hospital-community integrated rehabilitation nursing can improve the mental status of elderly patients with schizophrenia,reduce clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life after illness.
