支气管哮喘患儿焦虑敏感指数对生存质量的影响观察

摘　　要：目的:探究与观察支气管哮喘患儿焦虑敏感指数对生存质量的影响.方法:选取2018年6月-2020年3月就诊于本院的90例支气管哮喘患儿为观察组,同时期于本院体检的90例健康同龄儿童为对照组.比较两组及观察组中不同程度焦虑敏感患儿的综合生存质量、主观生活质量评分,分析CASI量表评分与PedsQL 4.0、ISLQ量表评分之间的相关性.结果:观察组PedsQL 4.0、ISLQ量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组中焦虑程度敏感指数较低、中等与较高患儿PedsQL 4.0、ISLQ量表各项评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).经Spearman秩相关分析显示,CASI量表评分与PedsQL 4.0、ISLQ量表评分均呈负相关(P<0.05).结论:支气管哮喘患儿的生存质量相对较差,且焦虑敏感指数对其影响较大,应重视对支气管哮喘患儿相关方面的评估与干预.Objective:To investigate and observe the influence of anxiety sensitivity index for life quality of children with bronchial asthma.Method:A total of children with bronchial asthma who visited our hospital from June 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the observation group,90 healthy children of the same age who underwent physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group.The comprehensive quality of life and subjective quality of life scores were compared on children with different degrees of anxiety sensitivity in the the observation group and in two groups,the correlation between CASI scale scores and PedsQL 4.0 scale,ISLQ scale scores were analyzed.Result:Scores of PedsQL 4.0 scale and ISLQ scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),PedsQL 4.0 and ISLQ scale scores of children with low,medium and high anxiety sensitivity index in the observation group were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the scores of CASI scale were negatively correlated with PedsQL 4.0 and ISLQ scale(P<0.05).Conclusion:The life quality of children with bronchial asthma are relatively worse,anxiety sensitivity index has a great influence on it,therefore,it is necessary to pay more attention to the assessment and intervention of relevant aspects of children with bronchial asthma.
