摘　　要：前交叉韧带损伤后通常行前交叉韧带重建术,但恢复正常生活和运动后常存在姿势控制障碍。姿势控制是保持姿势平衡、维持姿势在空间中的定向能力。前交叉韧带重建术后姿势控制障碍主要表现为姿势控制过程中反应时间延长,本体感觉减退,蹲起运动中双侧不对称性增大,跳跃运动中动作质量下降,日常生活活动中肌肉激活模式异常以及认知活动增加时姿势控制质量下降。Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction is usually performed after ACL injury,but postural control disorders often occur after normal life and exercise.Posture control is the ability to maintain posture balance and orientation in space.Postural control disorders after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction are mainly manifested as prolonged reaction time during postural control,decreased proprioception,increased bilateral asymmetry during squatting,decreased movement quality during jumping,abnormal muscle activation patterns in daily activities,and decreased postural control quality when cognitive activities are increased.
