摘  要:转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)/Smads信号通路是细胞内重要的信号转导通路,参与细胞增殖、分化、凋亡和识别等过程。此外,TGF-β/Smads信号通路还是机体内极其重要的信号通路,在人体发育及机体调节过程中具有一定的调控作用,其异常激活与疾病的发生发展密切相关,在宫颈癌、卵巢癌、盆底器官脱垂、多囊卵巢综合征等女性常见生殖系统疾病中TGF-β/Smads信号通路均异常表达,并呈多样化、多形性、多阶段的特征,可作为妇科常见疾病未来研究的重要方向。The transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)/Smads signaling pathway is an important signal transduction pathway in cells,involved in cell proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis and recognition processes.In addition,the TGF-β/Smads signaling pathway is also an extremely important signaling pathway in the body.It has a certain regulatory role in human development and body regulation.Its abnormal activation is closely related to the occurrence and development of diseases,in common female reproductive system diseases such as cervical cancer,ovarian cancer,pelvic organ prolapse,and polycystic ovary syndrome,the TGF-β/Smads signaling pathway is abnormally expressed,presenting characteristics of diversification,pleomorphism,and multiple stages,which can be an important direction for the future researches on common gynecological diseases.
