摘 要:微粒是细胞活化或凋亡时从细胞膜表面释放的直径为0.1~1μm的囊泡,其主要通过表面表达的磷脂酰丝氨酸和组织因子促进血栓形成,参与血栓性疾病(如急性冠状动脉综合征、静脉血栓栓塞、缺血性脑卒中以及抗磷脂综合征)的发生、发展。目前检测微粒的方法主要为流式细胞术和酶联免疫吸附实验,但其均存在一定的缺陷,不能完全满足临床需求,尚待进一步研究。随着人们对微粒在血栓性疾病中作用机制研究的深入以及新检测技术的出现,微粒有望成为血栓性疾病诊断的生物标志物。Microparticles are vesicles with a diameter of 0.1-1μm released from the surface of cell membrane during cell activation or apoptosis.They mainly promote thrombosis through the surface expression of phosphatidylserine and tissue factors,and participate in the occurrence and development of thrombotic diseases such as acute coronary syndrome,venous thromboembolism,ischemic stroke and antiphospholipid syndrome.At present,flow cytometry and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay are the main methods to detect particles,but they all have some defects,which cannot fully meet the clinical needs,and need further study.With the in-depth study of the mechanism of action of microparticles in thrombotic diseases and the emergence of new detection technology,microparticles are expected to become biomarkers for the diagnosis of thrombotic diseases.
