摘  要:以兰州市17种主要阔叶绿化树种叶片为研究对象,计算13组叶性状的可塑性指数,绘制出叶性状可塑性指数季节动态箱式图,筛选对环境响应敏感的功能性状,并揭示叶片功能性状随季节变化的响应特征。结果表明,兰州市主要阔叶绿化树种叶表型可塑性指数为0.016~0.960,平均为0.359;叶柄干重(PDW)可塑性指数最大,为0.558,叶含水率(LWC)可塑性指数最小,为0.184,叶长(LL)、叶厚(LT)、叶片密度(LD)、比叶面积(SLA)、叶含水率(LWC)、叶柄长(PL)和叶柄径(PD)等可塑性变化显著;叶面积(LA)、叶片干重(LDW)、叶柄干重(PDW)、比叶面积(SLA)、叶片密度(LD)、叶形指数(LSI)和叶含水率(LWC)等的可塑性指数季节动态均呈现出微弱的“波浪形”变化,其中叶柄干重(PDW)可塑性的季节波动最大,叶含水率(LWC)可塑性的季节波动最小。不同生活型树种可塑性,乔木中紫荆最大,山楂最小,灌木(藤本)中紫藤最大,冬青卫矛最小,总体而言乔木可塑性变化不及灌木明显。总之,同一生境下不同植物为适应环境改变而引起可塑性变化,叶片的多个性状间均存在显著的可塑性差异,同一性状在不同季节的可塑性变化显著,乔灌树种间可塑性变化波动差异明显。Phenotypic plasticity index is the quantitative expression of plants' ability to adapt to the environment.The study on phenotypic plasticity of the leaves of urban greening species is of guiding significance for understanding the environmental adaptability of landscape plants and optimizing management.Taking the leaves of 17 major broad-leaved greening tree species in Lanzhou as the research objects,the plasticity index of leaf traits in 13 groups was calculated,and the seasonal dynamic box chart of leaf plasticity index was drawn,in an attempt to screen the functional traits sensitive to environmental response and reveal the response characteristics of leaf functional traits with seasonal changes.The results showed that leaf phenotypic plasticity index of the main greening tree species in Lanzhou ranged from 0.016 to 0.960,with an average of 0.359,the plasticity index of petiole dry weight(PDW) was the highest(0.558),and the leaf water content(LWC) was the lowest(0.184).The plasticity of leaf length(LL),leaf thickness(LT),leaf density(LD),specific leaf area(SLA),LWC,petiole length(PL) and petiole diameter(PD) were significantly changed.The plasticity indexes of leaf area(LA),leaf dry weight(LDW),PDW,SLA,LD,leaf shape index(LSI) and LWC all showed weak "wave shape" changes in seasonal dynamics.Among them,the plasticity of PDW fluctuated the most in season,while the plasticity of LWC fluctuated the least in season.The plasticity of different life form species was different.Among the arbors,Cercis chinensis was the largest,Crataegus pinnatifida was the smallest,among the shrubs,Wisteria sinensis was the largest,and Euonymus japonicus was the smallest.In general,the plasticity of the trees was not as obvious as that of shrubs.The plasticity of different plants in the same habitat changed to adapt to the change of environment,and there were significant differences in plasticity among multiple characters of leaves,and the plasticity of the same character significantly changed in different seasons,besides,there were si
