摘 要:选取桑树(Morus alba)幼苗作为试验材料,利用硝酸铵(NH4NO3)模拟大气NO2湿沉降,探讨大气NO2湿沉降对桑树叶片光系统的光合特性的影响。结果表明,与对照组(CK)相比,桑树叶片光合特性受大气NO2湿沉降影响非常明显且在不同浓度下呈现出不同的光合特性。低浓度处理下(20 mmol/L)桑树叶片的光系统II(PSII)最大光化学效率和光系统I(PSⅠ)的最大氧化还原能力均提高,叶片光合反应中心活性提升及开放程度加大,光合反应中心能量流降低,光能吸收性能指数也随之提高,可以看出此浓度处理下桑树光合作用途径的能量利用效率提升。但在高浓度处理下(35 mmol/L和50 mmol/L),叶片的反应中心活性与开放程度均降低,反应中心能量流变大,但能量利用减小,电子传递链也受到一定程度的抑制甚至破坏,整体光合特性受到了抑制。总体来看,NO2湿沉降对桑树叶片光系统的光合特性的影响呈现出“低浓度促进,高浓度抑制”现象。Mulberry(Morus alba)seedlings as test materials is selected,NH4NO3 is used to simulate atmospheric NO2 wet deposition,and the influence of atmospheric NO 2 wet deposition on the photosynthetic characteristics of mulberry leaves is explored.The results show that compared with the control group(CK),the photosynthetic characteristics of mulberry leaves are significantly affected by atmospheric NO 2 wet deposition and shows different photosynthetic characteristics at different concentrations.Under low concentration treatment(20 mmol/L),the maximum photochemical efficiency of Photosystem II(PSII)and the maximum redox capacity of Photosystem I(PSⅠ)of mulberry leaves are both improved.The activity and openness of the photosynthetic reaction center of the leaves increase,the energy flow of the photosynthetic reaction center reduces,and the light energy absorption performance index also increases.It can be seen that the energy utilization efficiency of the photosynthetic pathway of mulberry improves under this concentration treatment.However,under high-concentration treatments(35 mmol/L and 50 mmol/L),the activity and openness of the reaction center of the leaves reduce,and the energy flow of the reaction center become larger,but the energy utilization reduces,and the electron transport chain is also affected to a certain extent.The overall photosynthetic characteristics are inhibited.In general,the effect of wet deposition of NO 2 on the photosynthetic characteristics of mulberry leaves shows a phenomenon of“promotion in low concentration,and inhibition in high concentration”.
