腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石临床价值及预后效果分析

摘　　要：分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石的临床价值及预后效果。选取2019年4月—2020年4月我院收治的92例胆结石病人为研究对象,分为传统开腹胆囊切除术组和腹腔镜胆囊切除术组,每组各46例。传统开腹胆囊切除术组接受开腹胆囊切除术治疗,腹腔镜胆囊切除术组接受腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗。观察两组患者的症状改善优良率、简明—麦—吉疼痛问卷SF-MPQ评分、并发症发生概率。结果表明,腹腔镜胆囊切除术组的症状改善优良率为95.65%,显著高于传统开腹胆囊切除术组的76.09%(P<0.05)。术后腹腔镜胆囊切除术组简明—麦—吉疼痛问卷SF-MPQ评分为(9.12±1.09)分、并发症发生率为6.52%,均显著低于传统开腹胆囊切除术组(P<0.05)。采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石的临床价值及预后效果显著。The research analyzes clinical value and prognosis effect of laparoscopic choleystectomy treatment on gall-stone.92 gall-stone patients in the hospital from Apr.2019 to Apr.2020 are regarded as the research objects,and they are divided into traditional laparotomy cholecystectomy group and laparoscopic cholecystectomy group,with 46 patients in each group.Traditional open surgery cholecystectomy group receive laparotomy cholecystectomy,and laparoscopic cholecystectomy group receive laparoscopic cholecystectomy treatment.Improvement of symptoms and distinguished achiever ratio,SF-MPQ score of Concise-McGee Pain Questionnaire,probability of occurrence rate of two groups are observed.Improvement of symptoms distinguished achiever ratio of laparoscopic cholecystectomy group is 95.65%,which is significantly higher than 76.09%of traditional cholecystectomy group(P<0.05).SF-MPQ score of laparoscopic cholecystectomy group after operation is(9.12±1.09).The incidence rate is 6.52%,which is significantly lower than the traditional cholecystectomy group(P<0.05).There is significant clinical value and prognosis effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy treatment on gall-stone.
