摘　　要：基于西门子WINCC组态软件特点,以上位电脑为服务器通过TCP/IP协议与现场PLC通信,实现了车间设备在线监控、设备报警记录、变量趋势查询以及重点设备的预警和邮件提醒功能。网页版本的发布降低了软件对客户机配置的需求,可以实现多人同时在线监控。该应用在车间生产过程中可广泛推广,对于设备的实时监控、故障及时响应有着重要意义。Based on the characteristics of Siemens WINCC configuration software,through upper computer as the sever,and communication of TCP/IP and scene PLC,online monitoring of workshop appliance,equipment alarm record,variable tendency inquiry,and alarm and email reminder of key-point equipment are achieved.The issue of webpage reduces the demand of client software equipment to achieve people’s online monitoring.The application of workshop production process can be widely promoted,which has important significance for real time monitoring and fault timely response of the equipment.
