摘　　要：为满足丹东市老年人居家医疗服务需求,采取抽样法,选取元宝区九道沟社区400例60岁以上老年人进行问卷调研分析,结果显示,该社区不能进行日常生活自理的老年人群比例较大,处于失能状态的老年人群比例更高,达到30%以上,说明该社区老年人群长期、持续性居家医疗服务需求较大,可作为开展和推进居家医疗服务的试点社区。建立并开展系统配套的居家医疗服务,可大大缓解该社区医疗的沉重压力,满足该社区老年人社区医疗和居家医疗需求。In order to satisfy medical service demand of the elderly living at home in Dandong City,and through sampling method,400 people over 60 years old in Jiudaogou Community,Yuanbao District are surveyed.The result shows that the proportion of the elderly who are unable to do daily self-care in the community is large,and the proportion of elderly under disability is high,reaching 30%and above.This indicates the higher demand of long and continuous medical service demand living at home from the elderly in the community.So the community can be regarded as the experimental unit of medical service in the community.It is suggested to establish and develop systematical and matched medical service at home,to greatly alleviate the heavy burden of community medicine and to satisfy the community medical care and medical demand of the elderly at home in the community.
