摘 要:本文以长沙市某老年人居住小区热源塔热泵系统为研究对象,分析了热源塔热泵中央空调系统在长江流域的适用性和节能潜力。根据湖南省居住建筑节能设计标准和间歇模式下老年住户用能习惯,利用EnergyPlus能耗模拟软件,研究分析了老年人居住建筑暖通空调系统在不同间歇运行时段、不同室内温度设定值、不同围护结构热工性能模式下对系统能耗的影响,从而提出长江流域地区老年人居住建筑暖通空调系统间歇运行模式下的节能优化思路与措施。研究分析表明:1)通过调整作息表,在分室间歇用能较佳的启停时间组合模式下(室内设定温度按实测数据),进一步优化间歇运行时段设定,较原系统现有实际间歇运行模式可节能14.68%;较标准室内设计温度(夏季26℃/冬季18℃)的连续用能方案可节能48.43%;2)在现有实际间歇模式下合理设定室内温度范围值(在满足老年人人体热舒适前提下),较现有系统运行模式可节能20.82%左右,较标准室内设计温度(夏季26℃/冬季18℃)的连续用能方案可节能54.11%;3)系统在现有实际间歇运行模式和温度设定值不变前提下,优化围护结构保温方式和热工性能,则原系统运行能耗可减少约26.90%,全年空调用电量可降为19.47 kW·h/m^2,从而使该小区达到全年空调用电量不超过20 kW·h/m^2的目标。本文为长江流域老年人居住建筑在间歇运行模式下的暖通空调节能设计和优化改造提供参考。A residential building for the elderly in Changsha was selected as the research object to analyze the applicability of heat-source tower heat pump system in Yangtze River Basin and its energy saving potential.According to the Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Residential buildings in Hunan Province and the actual energy consuming method under intermittent mode, the energy consumption was stimulated under different intermittent running schedules,different indoor air temperature and different thermal performance of building envelope.The results show that: 1) By optimizing the intermittent running mode under the actual indoor set temperature,it saved about 14.68% energy than the original system and saved 48.43% energy than the continuous running mode with the standard indoor design temperature( 26 ℃ in summer/18 ℃ in winter);2) By reasonably setting the indoor temperature range value in the actual intermittent running mode for the comfort for the elderly,it saved about 20.82% energy than the original system and saved about 54.11% energy than the continuous running mode with the standard indoor design temperature( 26 ℃ in summer/18 ℃ in winter);3) In total,26.90%energy was saved by optimizing the insulation structure of the envelope under the actual intermittent running mode and the actual indoor temperature.In this way,the annual electricity consumption of HVAC in the residential area was reduced to 19.47 kW·h/m^2,which is within the expected upper limit of 20 kW·h/m^2.The findings provide a basis for the energy-saving design and optimization of residential buildings for the elderly in the Yangtze River Basin under intermittent energy consumption mode.
