摘  要:以甲基三甲氧基硅烷(MTMS)、苯基三甲氧基硅烷(PTMS)等烷氧基硅烷单体、硅溶胶、颜填料和丙烯酸乳液等为原料,四丙基氢氧化铵(NPr4OH)为固化催化剂,制备了一种水性丙烯酸乳液增韧改性的有机硅陶瓷涂料。考察了颜基比、固化催化剂、氧化铝、有机硅树脂和丙烯酸乳液用量对漆膜性能的影响。结果表明:丙烯酸乳液对有机硅树脂的增韧改性能有效降低漆膜内应力、提高漆膜耐老化性。当颜基比为2:1、100g涂料中含35mgNPr4OH,氧化铝占颜填料质量的10%、丙烯酸乳液质量分数为20%时,漆膜铅笔硬度可达到8H,附着力1级,耐冲击性50 cm,耐老化试验可达到2500 h,耐盐雾试验2300 h。A water-based acrylic latex toughened and modified silicone ceramic paint was prepared by using alkoxysilane monomers,such as methyltrimethoxysilane and phenyltrimethoxysilane,silica sol,pigments,fillers and acrylic latex as raw materials,and tetrapropyl ammonium hydroxide(NPr4OH)as catalyst for curing.The effect of pigment/binder ratio,catalyst for curing,alumina and polysiloxane and acrylic latex on the performance of paint film was investigated.The results showed that the toughening modification of acrylic latex on silicone resin could effectively reduce the internal stress in the paint film and improve the weather resistance.When formulated at a pigment/binder ratio of 2:1,35 mg NPr4OH on 100 g paint,10%of aluminum oxide on the weight of pigment filler and 20%of acrylic latex on the total formulation,the pencil hardness of the film could be up to 8H,adhesion grade 1,impact resistance 50 cm,accelerated weathering for 2500 h,and 2300 h of salt spray test.
