摘  要:为处理水性涂料生产过程中所产生的废水并使之达到广东污水综合排放标准DB 44/26-2001中的三级排放标准,采用混凝沉降法、Fenton氧化法与序批式活性污泥法(SBR)联合处理涂料废水。该研究以化学需氧量(COD)为研究指标,探明了影响混凝沉降、Fenton氧化处理效果等多种因素。实验结果表明:混凝沉降法最佳条件为:聚合硫酸铁(PFS)、聚丙基酰胺(PAM)的质量浓度分别为8 g/L、0.8 g/L;Fenton氧化法最佳条件:过氧化氢(H2O2)添加量为理论计算分解废水中所有有机污染物所需H2O2的1.5倍,七水合硫酸铁(FeSO4·7H2O)添加量为n(Fe2+)∶n(H2O2)=1∶8,pH为2,投加次数为2次;最后经SBR连续处理,处理后废水水质可达到《广东污水综合排放标准》中的三级排放标准。To treat the wastewater in the production process of waterborne coatings and to meet the requirement for class Ⅲ of water of discharge standard of DB 44/26-2001.A combination process of coagulation sedimentation,Fenton oxidation and sequencing batch reactor activated sludge(SBR)was used to treat the wastewater.In this study,with chemical oxygen demand(COD)as the research index,many factors affecting the coagulation sedimentation and Fenton oxidation treatment were investigated.The results showed that the optimum conditions for coagulation sedimentation were as that:the amount of PFS and PAM were 8 g/L and 0.8 g/L respectively,and for Fenton oxidation method,H2O2 was 1.5 times of that required by theoretical calculation to decompose the organic pollutants in all wastewater,and the added(twice)amount of FeSO4·7H2O was calculated from n(Fe2+)-n(H2O2)=1:8,with pH 2.Followed by a continuous SBR treatment,the quality of the wastewater finally could reach the requirement for class Ⅲ of water of DB 44/26—2001 discharge standard.
