摘 要:为明晰菊芋块茎发育过程中的细胞结构变化规律,以早熟菊芋品种青芋1号、晚熟菊芋品种青芋3号为试验材料进行了石蜡切片分析,结果表明:在成熟期,青芋1号和青芋3号平均皮层厚度占直径的比例分别为8.1%和8.3%,髓部分别占块茎直径的89.6%和92.8%;两个品种间髓部和皮层内细胞相对大小的差异不明显;菊芋块茎的膨大主要是由于形成层的不断活动,随之次生组织不断生长而形成的,与此同时维管形成层的细胞也随着块茎的发育不断进行切向分裂,增加了细胞的层数。本研究为今后从细胞学层面研究并提升菊芋产量奠定了理论基础。In order to clarify the changes of cell structure during tuber development,the early maturing variety"Qingyu NO.1"and the late maturing variety"Qingyu NO.3"of jerusalem artichoke were used for paraffin section analysis.Results showed that the proportion of average cortex thickness in tuber diameter was 8.1%and 8.3%,and the proportion of pith was 89.6%and 92.8%in"Qingyu NO.1"and"Qingyu NO.3"respectively.There was no significant difference in the relative size of the cells in the pith and cortex between the two varieties.The expansion of tuber of jerusalem artichoke is mainly due to the continuous activity of cambium,and the continuous growth of secondary tissue with it.At the same time,the cells of vascular cambium divide continuously with the development of tuber,which increases the number of cells.This study lays a theoretical foundation for the future study on cytological level and improving jerusalem artichoke yield.
