摘 要:试验对红花七叶树进行了组织快繁研究。结果表明:腋芽启动发育的最优培养基组合为MS+6-BA(1.5mg/L)+NAA(0.01mg/L);红花七叶树芽增殖和伸长的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA(1.5mg/L)+NAA(0.05)mg/L;根培养的最优培养基组合是WPM+IBA(0.2mg/L)+NAA(0.01mg/L),移栽至大田,建立一套较为简单、有效的红花七叶树组织培养和离体快繁技术体系。The test studied on tissue rapid propagation of safflower buckeye.The results showed that the optimal medium combination for the initiation and development of axillary buds was MS+6-ba(1.5 mg/L)+NAA(0.01 mg/L),that for bud proliferation and elongation was MS+6-ba(1.5 mg/L)+NAA(0.05)mg/L,and that of root culture medium was WPM+IBA(0.2 mg/L)+NAA(0.01 mg/L).Then test-tube seedlings were domesticated and transplanted.Those establish a relatively simple and effective system of tissue culture and in vitro rapid propagation of safflower buckeye.
