摘 要:“健康中国”建设进程中,全面发挥高校体育教育教学功能,促进大学生身心健康水平提高,提升大学生体育综合素质,是高等学校体育教育教学改革当务之急。当前体育教育地位在高等学校整体工作中仍需进一步提升;高等学校体育教育教学目标与“国标”逐步接轨;教学内容上,部分学校过度重视学生体质锻炼、体育技能学习,忽视学生体育综合素质培养;教学组织、方法上重视体育课堂实践教学,但体育理论课教学和课余学生体育活动的组织相对弱化。在大健康视域下,应积极构建以学生课堂学习与课余锻炼相结合、学校体育活动与学校体育文化相结合的“体育理论引导课目标化”“公共体育课教学全程化”“学生体育活动月定期化”“学生课余身体锻炼常规化”和“校运动队训练常年化”的“五位一体”大学体育健康教育教学体系。In response to the“Healthy China”construction,it is increasingly important to give full play to the physical education and teaching function of colleges and universities,improve college students physical and mental health,and enhance their comprehensive physical qualities.This study,after a thorough investigation of various aspects of the physical education in colleges and universities such as the teaching concept,course content,teaching methods and the evaluation of the teaching effect,finds out that there are still quite a few problems in the physical health education in colleges and universities.Therefore,from the perspective of public health,this paper proposes a“Five-in-One”physical health education and teaching system which combines classroom activities with after-class physical practice,and school sports activities with campus sports culture.The“Five-in-One”physical health education and teaching system includes“targeted physical education theory course”,“comprehensive public physical education course”,“periodical sports activity months”,“routine extracurricular physical activities”and“all-year round training of sports teams”.
