摘  要:采用平板对峙法、紫外分光光度法和24孔培养法等方法开展草莓内生菌株的多功能研究,筛选得到一株具有拮抗功能、自毒物质降解功能和杀线虫功能的防治草莓重茬病内生菌株SRF5。研究结果显示:菌株SRF5对尖孢镰刀菌的抑制率达到71.65%;处理第7天时,菌株SRF5对苯甲酸的降解率达到60%以上,对对羟基苯甲酸的降解率达到90%以上;处理48 h后,SRF5时对南方根结线虫的校正致死率达到97.37%,线虫虫卵孵化率在第7天比对照降低了61.33%。形态学和分子生物学鉴定表明:筛选得到的SRF5菌株ITS序列和新萨托菌株Neosartorya udagawae(JQ316519.1)的同源性高达100%,初步证实该菌株为具有潜在开发利用价值的新萨托菌株。In this study,a multi-functional study on the endophytic strains of strawberry was carried out using plate confrontation method,UV spectrophotometric method and 24-hole culture method.A multi-functional strawberry endophytic strain SRF5 with antagonistic function,autotoxins degradation function and nematicidal function was obtained to prevent and control strawberry replant disease.The results showed that the inhibition rate of the screened strain SRF5 on Fusarium oxysporum was 71.65%.At day 7,the degradation rates of SRF5 for para-hydroxybenzoic acid and benzoic acid were above 90%and 60%,respectively.The corrected mortality rate of SRF5 for Meloidogyne incognita reached 97.37%after 48 h of treatment,and the egg hatching rate reduced by 61.33%at day 7 comparing with the control group.According to the results of morphology and molecular biology analysis,the ITS sequence of SRF5 demonstrated 100%homology with the Neosartorya udagawae(JQ316519.1)sequence.Therefore,the screened strain was preliminarily identified as Neosartorya with potential development and application value.
