摘 要:为抑制海洋立管的涡激振动,本文提出一种安装旋转翼的方案。采用非定常数值计算方法求解分析常规海洋立管和安装有旋转翼海洋立管的涡激振动特性。对旋转翼的相关参数进行定义;建立立管单自由度振动模型,并采用Newmark-β法数值求解振动方程;编写CFD数值计算的UDF,并结合动网格技术模拟求解立管的涡激振动过程。结果表明:随着旋转翼旋转角速度的增加,立管的振幅比逐渐减小,最后基本不变,抑制振动效果十分明显;当旋转角速度ω=3.0 rad/s时,旋转翼的控制效果最优,振幅比从0.98下降到0.008,振幅比降低99.2%;旋转翼的旋转运动会破坏海洋立管脱落的尾流漩涡,从而破坏海洋立管的周期性振动。A scheme of installing rotating wings is proposed for suppressing the vortex-induced vibration(VIV)of marine risers.The unsteady numerical method is used to analyze the VIV responses of conventional marine risers and marine risers attached with rotating wings.The relevant parameters of the rotating wings are defined.The vibration model of marine risers in single degree of freedom is set up,and the motion equation is solved using the Newmark-βmethod.The User-Defined Function(UDF)is written and VIV responses of marine risers are simulated using the dynamic mesh method.The following can be concluded from the results:With the increase of angular velocity of rotating wings,the amplitude ratio of marine risers decreases gradually and keeps unchanged at last;The effect of VIV suppression is very obvious.When the angular velocity is3.0 rad/s,the control effect of rotating wings is the best.The amplitude ratio decreases from 0.98 to 0.008,and the amplitude ratio decreases by 99.2%;The rotating motion of rotating wings destroys the vortex shedding of marine risers,which destroys the periodic vibration of marine risers.
