摘 要:SPB型液舱具有自撑式结构特征,船体内底分布的弹性支座支撑整个液舱,其支座的弹性效应对晃荡引起的冲击压力可能产生一定的影响。本文考虑了SPB型液舱弹性支撑效应,开展了缩尺比为1/59的晃荡模型试验研究,分析了弹性支撑效应对晃荡压力及晃荡共振频率的影响。试验结果表明:在14%及75%装载时弹性支撑效应使得晃荡压力减小,在90%装载时则增大;弹性支撑效应使得晃荡共振频率在14%装载时增大,90%装载时减小,而75%装载时没有明显影响。An SPB tank is characterized by a self-support structure,in which elastic supports are fixed on the inner bottom of the hull to bear the weight of the tank and the liquid within.The elastic supports may have influence on the impact pressure induced by sloshing.With the elastic support effect of SPB tank considered,sloshing model tests with the scale of 1/59 are carried out to investigate the effect of the elastic supports on sloshing pressure and sloshing resonant frequency.The experimental results show that the effect can reduce the sloshing pressure at 14%and 75%filling and increase at 90%.Also,the effect can increase sloshing resonant frequency at 14%filling and reduce at 90%,but it makes no significant difference to the frequency at 75%filling.
