摘 要:"蓝鲸"号起重船舶在海上吊装大型上部组块施工过程中,有时受现场条件限制,会出现横浪吊装作业工况,此时组块运动容易偏大,威胁作业的安全,甚至造成设备损坏和人员伤亡事故。本文针对横浪-系泊系统-起重船-吊缆-上部组块复杂耦合系统,开展了数值模拟研究工作,分析吊装组块的运动响应规律和特性。将规则波中运动响应预报结果与水池模型试验结果进行了对比分析,验证了数值模拟的合理性及其精确性,揭示了起重船和吊物的耦合运动机理。针对典型横浪不规则波工况,开展了运动响应预报,并和Noble Denton相关衡准进行了对比,给出了允许施工作业工况的建议。Lifting a topside with a floating crane vessel in beam waves is sometimes necessary due to the limitation of offshore field layout.In this case,the motions of the topside are probably large,which will threaten the safety of lift operations.Numerical simulations are carried out for the complex coupling system,including the beam waves,the mooring system,the crane vessel"Lanjing",the crane sling and the topside.The coupled motions are predicted in regular waves,the results of which are compared correspondently with experimental ones.Fairly good agreements are reached.The resonance phenomena are clearly observed and the physical mechanism is revealed.The topside motions are simulated in some typical irregular waves in beam seas.Statistical results are compared with the threshold values suggested by Noble Denton Guideline.Recommendations are made for the selection of the sea state for the safety of lifting operations.
