摘　　要：输卵管炎性不孕是造成女性继发性不孕的重要原因之一,而且发病率呈逐年增高的趋势。马老强调输卵管炎性不孕症多由虚实夹杂为病,认为该病以"寒、热、湿、邪毒"为主,与血博结,瘀阻下焦、冲任所致,其中更强调湿、热、邪毒在发病过程中起的主导作用,同时兼以肾虚。临床上在运用中医药治疗本病时辨证辨病相结合,治以攻邪为主,多以祛邪和扶正兼施的治疗原则。相应的提出了"解毒化瘀止痛,软坚散结除湿"法为主以顾其本,辅以补肾健脾。运用中药口服,配合灌肠、物理疗法、针灸等治法,在治愈输卵管炎症的同时,修复输卵管功能,提高妊娠率。旨为今后妇科临床诊治输卵管炎性不孕症提供新的辨证思路和治疗指导,值得学习效法。Tubal inflammation is one of the important causes of female secondary infertility,and the incidence rate is increasing year by year.Professor MA emphasizes that tubal inflammatory infertility is mostly caused by the combination of deficiency and excess,he believes that the disease is mainly caused by"cold,heat,dampness,and evil toxin",which results in blood coagulation and stasis in lower-jiao;he also thinks that dampness,heat and evil toxin play a leading role in the disease,accompanied by Kidney deficiency.Clinically,when using TCM to treat this disease,the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease identification is mainly based on the principles of removing evil-qi combined with treating evil-qi and supporting vital-qi.Correspondingly,the method of"detoxifying,removing stasis and relieving pain,softening hardness and dispersing stagnation and resolving dampness"was mainly used to take care of its roots and tonify Kidney and strengthen Spleen.TCM decoction,combined with enema,physical therapy,acupuncture and other treatment methods were applied to cure tubal inflammation,repair tubal function and improve pregnancy rate.The aim is to provide new dialectical ideas and treatment guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of tubal inflammatory infertility in gynecology in the future.
