风池穴穴位埋线治疗偏头痛临床观察及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的:对风池穴穴位埋线治疗偏头痛的临床有效性和安全性进行评价。方法:筛选符合偏头痛诊断标准病例80例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。对于治疗组我们采用风池穴位埋线疗法,对照组应用针刺治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及偏头痛残疾程度评估问卷(MIDAS),比较两组患者的临床疗效,并对穴位埋线组患者治疗前后进行肌骨超声动态监测评价其安全性。结果:治疗后将治疗组和对照组的VAS评分及MIDAS评分进行比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率方面治疗组为92.5%(37/40),对照组为67.5%(27/40),总有效率治疗组明显高于对照组,总有效率对比两组具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。肌骨超声动态监测图片显示线体吸收速度较快且不良反应小。结论:风池穴穴位埋线和常规穴位针刺治疗对偏头痛均有效,风池穴穴位埋线治疗效果更明显,且刺激时间长,安全性高,值得推广。Objective:To assess the clinical efficacy and safety of acupoint catgut embedding at Fengchi point(GB20)in the treatment of migraine.Methods:80 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture;whereas the treatment group was treated with catgut embedding at GB20.The scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)and Migraine Disability Assessment Questionnaire(MIDAS)were observed before and after the treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared,and the safety of acupoint catgut embedding was evaluated by dynamic monitoring of musculoskeletal ultrasound.Results:The scores of VAS and MIDAS were significantly improved in the treatment group than those in the control group after the treatment(P<0.05).In terms of the effective rate,it was 92.5%(37/40)in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 67.5%(27/40)in the control group(P<0.05).The ultrasound images showed that the absorption speed of the line body was fast and the adverse reaction was less.Conclusion:Both acupoint catgut embedding at GB20 and routine acupuncture are effective for migraine,but the therapeutic effect of catgut embedding is more significant with long stimulation and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
