芒硝外敷对腹部术后切口脂肪液化的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究芒硝外敷对腹部术后切口脂肪液化的影响。方法:选取2019年4月—2019年12月北京中医药大学东直门医院普外科收治的腹部术后发生切口脂肪液化患者48例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各24例。对照组予以常规换药处理,观察组在对照组基础上联合芒硝外敷治疗,共治疗7 d。比较两组患者切口甲级愈合率,总换药次数、切口愈合时间、入组前后血清CRP水平及住院时间的差异。结果:观察组切口甲级愈合率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总换药次数少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在切口愈合时间、住院时间方面均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清CRP下降水平优于对照组(P<0.05),以上结果差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组患者均未出现皮肤过敏等不良反应。结论:常规换药基础上联合芒硝外敷可促进腹部术后切口脂肪液化的恢复,加快切口甲级愈合时间,加速切口愈合,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To study the effect of external application of mirabilite on fat liquefaction of post-operative abdominal incision.Methods:48 patients with incisional fat liquefaction after abdominal surgery were randomly divided into the observation group(n=24)and the control group(n=24).The control group was treated with conventional dressing change;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with external application of mirabilite.After 7 days of treatment,incision healing rate,total dressing changes,incision healing time,as well as serum level of CRP and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results:The incision healing rate was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total times of dressing changes were less in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incision healing time and hospital stay were shorter in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The decrease of serum CRP was more significant in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,no adverse reactions,such as skin irritation,occurred.Conclusion:External application based on conventional external dressing can promote the recovery of fat liquefaction after abdominal surgery.It can accelerate the healing time of grade A incision,and accelerate the healing of incision.The therapy is worthy of clinical application.
