丹参主要化学成分及提取分离方法研究进展

摘　　要：丹参是我国的一种传统中药,具有活血祛瘀、养血安神等多种功效,用于治疗心脑血管等多种疾病疗效显著,广泛应用于临床。研究表明,丹参中含有脂溶性成分丹参酮、挥发油等,水溶性成分丹酚酸、紫草酸、丹参素等以及其他多种活性成分。同时,针对以上各类成分的提取分离效率也随着实验条件的优化和方法的改进逐渐提高。本文对近年来丹参中的主要化学成分和提取分离方法的文献进行了概述,为进一步研究和临床应用提供参考。Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.is a traditional Chinese medicinal,which is widely used in clinical practice of cardiovascular diseases with its remarkable effect of activating blood and removing blood stasis,nourishing blood and calming mind.Modern medical researches have found that Salvia miltiorrhiza contains liposolubilty components of tanshinone and volatile oil,and water-soluble components of salvianolic acid,violacic acid and danshinol.The efficiency of extraction and separation of the above components has been improved with the optimization of experimental conditions and the improved methods.This study summarized the literatures on the main chemical components and extraction and separation methods of Salvia miltiorrhiza in recent years,which provided reference for further research and clinical application of the herb.
