摘  要:为明确河西走廊玉米普通锈病发生规律,进行了玉米普通锈菌的测定,明确了河西走廊制种玉米田锈菌夏孢子萌发的温度范围是5~35℃,适宜温度范围20~30℃,最适温度是25~28℃;最适相对湿度100%;萌发pH值为4~11,最适萌发pH值为7~8;光照对孢子萌发没有差异性;病菌能利用多种碳源,最适碳源葡萄糖、果糖。最适氮源为硫酸铵、氯化铵、硝酸钾,而甘氨酸、酪氨酸等氮源对夏孢子萌发有抑制作用。Through the determination of common rust bacteria in corn.The rssuts showed that it was clear that the temperature range of germination of rust spores from corn cultivars in Hexi Corridor was 5—35℃,suitable temperature range was 20—30℃,and the optimum temperature was 25—28℃.The optimum relative humidity is 100%,the germination pH was 4—11,and the optimum germination pH was 7—8,the light had no difference in spore germination,the pathogen could utilize various carbon sources,and the optimum carbon source was glucose and fructose.The optimum nitrogen source was ammonium sulfate,ammonium chloride,potassium nitrate,glycine,tyrosine and other nitrogen sources to inhibit the germination of urediospores.
