比索洛尔在老年慢性心功能不全合并心肌梗死治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨采用比索洛尔治疗老年慢性心功能不全合并心肌梗死的效果。方法选取2017年2月至2019年6月本院收治的84例老年慢性心功能不全合并心肌梗死患者,采纳随机数字表法分观察组(采用比索洛尔治疗)与对照组(采用常规治疗),各42例。比较两组患者血压、心率、心功能及治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组血压与心率比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组舒张压、收缩压及心率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组LVEDV及LVESV指标低于对照组,LVEF指标高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率为95.23%,高于对照组的80.95%(P<0.05)。结论比索洛尔治疗慢性心功能不全合并心肌梗死效果显著,能改善患者血压及心率水平,改善患者心功能。Objective To investigate the effect of bisoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart insufficiency and myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 84 elderly patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency and myocardial infarction received in our hospital from February 2017 to June 2019 were selected and divided into observation group(treated with bisoprolol)and control group(treated with conventional treatment)using random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The blood pressure,heart rate,heart function and treatment effect of the two groups of patients were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups.After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The LVEDV and LVESV indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the LVEF index was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The treatment effective rate of the observation group was 95.23%, which was higher than 80.95% ofthe control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Bisoprolol is effective in treating chronic heart insufficiency complicated with myocardial infarction,which can improve the blood pressure and heart rate of patients, and improve the heart function of patients.
