摘  要:目的探讨利奈唑胺对耐药性肺结核患者血清总氧化态(TOS)、总抗氧化态(TAS)及血清对氧磷酶-1(PON1)水平的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月于本院治疗的60例耐药性肺结核患者作为研究对象,按照盲选方法分为两组,每组30例。所有患者均接受国家标准肺结核治疗方案,对照组给予左氧氟沙星与环丝氨酸胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予利奈唑胺治疗,比较两组疗效与安全性。结果研究组症状改善时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后两组TAS、PON1水平明显增高,TOS水平明显降低,且治疗后研究组上述指标改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论利奈唑胺治疗耐药性肺结核安全有效,可显著改善患者的血清指标,缩短痰结核杆菌转阴时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effects of linezolid on serum total oxidation state(TOS),total antioxidant state(TAS)and serum paraoxonase-1(PON1)levels in patients with drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 60 patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were enrolled in this study,and they were divided into two groups according to blind selection,with 30 cases in each group.All patients received the national standard tuberculosis treatment program,while the control group were treated with levofloxacin and cycloserine capsules.On the basis of the control group,the study group were treated with linezolid.The efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The symptom improvement time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with pre-treatment,the levels of TAS and PON1 were significantly increased after treatment,and the TOS level was significantly lower,and the improvement of the above indicators after treatment in the study group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Linezolid is safe and effective in the treatment of drug-resistant tuberculosis,which can significantly improve the serum index of patients and shorten the time of sputum tuberculosis,it is worthy of clinical application.
