探讨青光眼用药的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨复方血栓通胶囊联合倍他洛尔治疗青光眼的疗效及对患者血液流变学指标的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2019年10月在院医治的68例青光眼患者,随机分为两组。参照组用复方血栓通胶囊治疗,观察组用复方血栓通胶囊联合倍他洛尔治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,参照组的治疗效果不及观察组;观察组比参照组的视网膜中央动脉血流测定值好;观察组比参照组的不良反应少(P<0.05)。观察组的视力测定值更好,视力更正常。结论复方血栓通胶囊联合倍他洛尔为青光眼治疗作出较大贡献,改善患者视物,让血液流变学指标稳定,药物安全性明显。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of compound Xueshuantong capsule combined with betalol on glaucoma and its influence on hemorheology.Methods 68 patients with glaucoma who were treated in hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with compound Xueshuantong capsule,and the observation group was treated with compound Xueshuantong capsule and betalol.Results After treatment,the treatment effect of the reference group was not as good as that of the observation group;the blood flow of the central retinal artery in the observation group was better than that in the reference group;the adverse reactions in the observation group were less than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The visual acuity of the observation group was better and more normal.Conclusion Compound Xueshuantong capsule combined with betalol can make a great contribution to the treatment of glaucoma,improve the visual acuity of patients,make the hemorheology index stable,drug safety obvious,and promote the significance.
