婴幼儿桡动脉置管两种固定方法的效果比较

摘　　要：目的探讨婴幼儿经桡动脉置管有效固定方法。方法选取2015年8月—2016年7月90例体外循环心内直视术后经桡动脉置管的婴幼儿并随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组直接用透明敷贴固定法;观察组水胶体敷料+透明敷贴+3MCoban自粘绷带固定法。观察两组患儿在皮肤压伤、液体渗漏、导管滑脱等方面情况。结果观察组在皮肤压伤、液体渗漏、导管滑脱等各方面情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论水胶体敷料+透明敷贴+3MCoban自粘绷带固定法较直接用透明敷贴固定法更加安全、牢固,能有效减少皮肤压伤、液体渗漏、导管滑脱等并发症。Objective To explore the effective fixation method of radial artery catheterization in infants.Methods From August 2015 to July 2016,90 infants were randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.Control group fixed with transparent application directly;observation group fixed with hydrocolloid dressing+transparent application+3mcoban self-adhesive bandage.Observe the two groups of children in skin pressure injury,fluid leakage,catheter slippage and other aspects.Results The observation group was better than the control group in skin crush,liquid leakage,catheter slippage and other aspects(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of hydrocolloid dressing+transparent application+3mcoban self-adhesive bandage fixation is safer and firmer than that of direct application.It can effectively reduce the complications of skin pressure injury,liquid leakage,catheter slippage and so on.
