高结合苯乙烯环保型充油橡胶SBR1739工业化试生产

摘　　要：探索在万吨级丁苯橡胶装置由生产SBR1712直接切换为生产SBR1739。试生产过程逐步找到最佳工艺控制点,并生产出优等品。生产SBR1739过程中发现,凝聚参数对工艺稳定性影响较大,凝聚工序正常运行负荷比生产SBR1712时低。The direct production switch from SBR1712 to SBR1739 in the ten thousand ton butadiene styrene rubber plant was explored.The best process control point was found gradually,and superior quality product was produced.During the production of SBR1739,it was found that the process stability was influenced greatly by coagulation parameters,and normal operation load of the coagulation process was lower than that of SBR1712.
