摘  要:为研究微小深孔钻削过程中钻头受力的变化规律,研制了一种电阻应变式钻削力在线测量装置。首先根据轴向、切向和径向钻削分力的测试需求,设计了测力仪机电结构;然后以微处理器为核心,通过信号放大、模拟滤波、模数变换和数字滤波等信号处理过程,实现了钻削力信号的实时检测和传输;最后对测力仪进行静态标定和钻削力动态监测实验。实验结果表明,测力仪轴向力、切向力和径向力的非线性误差和不重复度误差均小于1%;测力仪输出的钻削力曲线数据实时映射了钻削力的变化,可以满足钻削控制研究和实际工程应用的需求。In order to study the force change of the drill bit in micro-deep hole drilling,a drilling force on-line dynamometer based on resistance strain gauge is proposed in this paper.Firstly,according to the testing requirements of the thrust,tangential and radial drilling forces,a mechanical structure of the dynamometer with independent intellectual property rights is designed,and then the microprocessor was used to realize the real-time detection and transmission of the drilling force signal with signal amplifier,analog filter,analog-to-digital converter and digital filter,finally,the static calibration of dynamometer is carried out and drilling forces are dynamical monitored with dynamometer.The experimental results show that both the nonlinear and non-repeatable errors of the dynamometer in thrust,tangential,and radial forces are less than 1%;The output data of the dynamometer reflects the change of drilling force in real time,which meets the needs of drilling control studies and practical engineering applications.
