清末喀喇沁右旗之新式教育与蒙汉关系──以《蒙古守正武学堂崇正学堂沿革规则》为中心

摘　　要：中国社会科学院近代史研究所藏的《蒙古守正武学堂崇正学堂沿革规则》,是研究清末喀喇沁右旗社会的重要史料。本文拟对该书记载之清末喀喇沁右旗的新式教育发展与蒙汉关系进行讨论。就新式教育而言,该书指出当时贡桑诺尔布之所以聘请日本女教师是因为找不到汉人女教师,此为其他史料未见之记载。而当地蒙汉关系不佳是多种因素长时间累积所导致,不能单纯归咎于政治与经济问题。Past and Current Rules for Mongolian Shouzheng Martial School and Chongzheng School,which was collected by the Institute of Modern History of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, is an important historical material for studying the society of Kharachin Right banner in late Qing China. This paper intends to discuss the modern education and Mongol-Han relations in Kharachin Right banner at that time.In terms of modern education, the book points out that the reason why Güngsangnorbu hired Japanese female teachers was because that they could not find female Chinese teachers. We should not view the deteriorated local Mongolian-Han relations simply caused by political and economic problems, but the result of the chronic accumulation of various conflicts.
