大型综合性运动会场馆运行保障与人员配置模型研究——基于第七届世界军人运动会的实证分析

摘　　要：比赛场馆运行保障工作是确保大型综合性运动会各项赛事活动有序组织开展的基础。在探讨体育场馆运行保障范围的基础上,建立了体育场馆运行保障难度评价指标体系;并以第七届世界军人运动会15个比赛场馆为研究对象,对其保障难度进行了评价;最后探讨了体育场馆运行保障难度和保障人员数量之间的相关性。结果显示,军运会场馆中保障难度较高的场地依次为体育中心、海军五项场地、足球场、网球中心和现代五项游泳馆等,而各场馆运行保障难度系数与保障人员数量之间存在幂函数关系。相关研究结果对改进体育场馆保障团队的人员配置具有参考价值。The operation and maintenance of sports venues is one of the key points to ensure the organization and success of events in large-scale comprehensive sports games.Based on discussions of the scope of operational maintenance for sports venues,this paper established the evaluation index system for the operational maintenance of sports venues.Collecting data of 15 gymnasiums and venues at the 7^th CISM Military World Games,the maintenance coefficient of each venue was evaluated.The correlation between the maintenance coefficient and the number of operation team was tested.The results showed that the stadiums of the highest maintenance coefficient were the sports center,the naval pentathlon,the football field,the tennis center and the modern pentathlon natatorium.There was a strong functional relationship between the maintenance coefficient and the number of maintenance team members.Results of this research were instructive for improving the staff allocation of the operation team for sports venues in comprehensive sports games.
