摘  要:采用癸二酸铵和十二双酸铵的双溶质作为主电解质,考察了辅助溶质十二双酸铵添加量对铝电解电容器工作电解液的闪火电压、电导率、含水量及铝电解电容器性能的影响,并从机理方面进行了分析。实验结果表明:十二双酸铵可提高工作电解液的闪火电压。当添加质量分数为1.2%时,电导率达到1.262 mS/cm,含水量为3.92%,闪火电压≥500 V。通过了105℃2000 h高温负荷寿命试验,所制铝电解电容器具有耐高温、长寿命、低漏电流等特点。Using ammonium sebacate and ammonium dodecanedioate as the main electrolyte, the effects of the amount of auxiliary solute ammonium dodecanedioate on the aparking voltage, conductivity, water content and performance of the working electrolyte for aluminum electrolytic capacitors were investigated and the mechanism is analyzed. It show that the ammonium dodecanedioate can improve the aparking voltage of working electrolyte. When the mass fraction was 1.2 %, the conductivity was 1.262 mS/cm, the water content was 3.92 %, and the aparking voltage was ≥500 V. The aluminum electrolytic capacitor has been tested at 150 ℃ for 2000 h under high temperature load. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, long life and low leakage current.
