摘　　要：以水合肼为起始原料,经环合、BOC保护和酯化然后再一锅法实现水解、氧化合成四叔丁基4,4’-二硫代二基双(吡唑烷-1,2-二羧酸酯)M6,6步总收率为77%。该合成路线与以前文献报道的制备方法相比具有反应条件温和、操作简单绿色经济环保等优点。Using hydrazine hydrate as the starting material, cyclization, BOC protection, esterification, and substitution in the last one-pot method to achieve hydrolysis and oxidation to prepare tetra-tert-butyl 4,4’-dithiodiyl bis(pyrazolidine-1),2-Dicarboxylate) M6, the total yield of 6 steps is 77 %. Compared with the previous preparation methods reported in the literature, the synthetic route has the advantages of mild reaction conditions, simple operation, green economy, and environmental friendliness.
