摘  要:研究了绿矾渣与磷酸二氢铵的低热固相反应过程中一些反应条件对反应产物结构的影响。采用XRD和SEM对产物的结构和微观形貌进行了表征,通过红外光谱对产物所含基团进行了分析,并对其硫含量进行了测定。结果表明,虽然一般情况下产物结构为NH4Fe(HPO4)2,但当热处理温度稍高时却可得到NH4FeP2O7。原料的比例、表面活性剂PEG400的加入量、葡萄糖的加入量等对产物的主体结构并无明显影响,但却对产物的结晶情况有干扰。The effects of some reaction conditions on the structure of the reaction product in the low thermal-solid reaction between the alum residue and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate were studied. The structure and microtopography of the product were characterized by XRD and SEM, and the groups contained in the product were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy, and the sulfur content was determined. The results showed that although the structure of the product was NH4Fe(HPO4)2 in general conditions, NH4FeP2O7 could be obtained when the heat treatment temperature was slightly higher. The proportion of raw materials, the amount of surfactant PEG400 and the amount of glucose had no obvious effect on the main structure of the product, but they did interfere with the crystallization of the product.
