2%阿维菌素·氨基寡糖素胶囊悬浮剂的制备及药效研究

摘　　要：以天然高分子海藻酸钠与壳聚糖为囊材,用高速乳化的方式通过复凝聚法制备2%阿维菌素·氨基寡糖素胶囊悬浮剂。该胶囊平均粒径为3.788μm,近似光滑圆球,包封率为88%,悬浮率为96.5%,田间试验结果表明,该胶囊悬浮剂对黄瓜根结线虫具有良好的防效,持效期长,用量1500 g/亩时,药后60天,防效在78%以上,并且黄瓜根系发达,瓜重增加。Using natural polymer sodium alginate and chitosan as capsule materials, 2 % avermectin and oligosaccharins capsule suspension concentrate was prepared by complex coacervation method with high speed emulsification. The average diameter of the capsule was 3.788 μm, the microcapsule was approximately smooth sphere, the encapsulation efficiency of avermectin was 88 %, The suspensibility of avermectin was 96.5 %. The results of field efficacy trials showed the capsulesuspensions had good and long control effect on cucumber Meloidogyne. The control rate reached more than 78 % for 60 days after application with 1500 g/a. and The root system of cucumber was developed and the single weight of it was increased.
