摘 要:生物活性玻璃具备良好的生物相容性,且能在材料与组织结合界面形成磷灰石层从而产生骨传导及骨结合反应,有利于组织再生。因此,生物活性玻璃在牙周组织缺损修复中具备极大的应用前景。本文将从生物活性玻璃的制备及其作用机制、生物活性玻璃的性能特点和在牙周组织缺损修复中的应用等三个方面作一综述。Bioactive glass has good biocompatibility and can form an apatite layer at the interface between the material and the tissue to produce bone conduction and osseointegration reaction, which is conducive to tissue regeneration. Therefore, bioactive glass has great application prospect in the repair of periodontal tissue defects. This article reviews the preparation of bioactive glass and its mechanism of action, the performance characteristics of bioactive glass and its application in periodontal tissue defect repair.
