摘  要:microRNA(miRNAs,微小RNA),是一类长约22核苷酸的非编码单链RNA分子,它们广泛存在于植物、线虫和人类的细胞中。miRNA的作用是调控靶基因的表达,所以miRNA的作用是通过靶基因实现的。miRNA的作用涉及机体的各个生理过程。已经证明,miRNA在各个物种的个体发生、组织分化、器官形成、细胞周期、代谢调控等等过程中起重要的调控作用。目前,对miRNA生物机理的研究和miRNA与疾病关系的研究已成为世界生物学的研究热点之一[1]。多数研究表明人体内的miRNA与多种肿瘤的发生发展相关,miRNA起到对肿瘤基因抑制或促进作用[2]。研究发现mi R-634许多肿瘤中存在异常表达的mi R-634,其功能广泛,包括调节肿瘤细胞增殖、迁移、凋亡和分化等过程。随着研究的深入,mir-634可能成为新的肿瘤标志物,并为肿瘤的基因治疗提供新靶点。MicroRNA(MicroRNA) is a non-coding single-stranded RNA molecule with a length of about 22 nucleotides, which widely exists in cells of plants, nematodes and humans. The function of miRNA is to regulate the expression of target genes, so the function of miRNA is realized through target genes. The function of mi RNA involves various physiological processes of the body. It has been proved that mi RNA plays an important role in the process of ontogenesis, tissue differentiation, organogenesis, cell cycle, metabolic regulation and so on. At present, the research on the biological mechanism of miRNA and the relationship between miRNA and diseases has become one of the research hotspots in the world biology. Most studies have shown that miRNA in human body is related to the occurrence and development of various tumors, and miRNA can inhibit or promote tumor genes [2]. It has been found that miR-634 is abnormally expressed in many tumors, which has a wide range of functions, including regulating the proliferation, migration, apoptosis and differentiation of tumor cells. With the development of research, mir-634 may become a new tumor marker and provide a new target for gene therapy of tumor.
