摘  要:针织品加工行业废水具有碱度大、水量变化大、污染浓度高,生化降解性差等特点。通过对盐城某针织品加工废水水质情况的实际考察,提出了具有针对性的废水处理工艺,即高浓度废水采用升流式厌氧污泥床UASB技术;综合废水采用混凝沉淀+缺氧反硝化+好氧反应+二沉池技术。该工艺可实现对废水中难降解、溶解性有机污染物及特征污染物的有效去除,满足废水的达标排放。The wastewater from knitting industry has the characteristics of high alkalinity, large change of water quantity, high pollution concentration and poor biodegradability. Based on the investigation of the wastewater quality in a knitting mill in Yancheng, a specific wastewater treatment process was put forward, that is, UASB technology was used to treat high strength wastewater;The technology of coagulation and sedimentation + ANOXIC denitrification + aerobic reaction + secondary sedimentation tank was used for comprehensive wastewater treatment. The process can effectively remove refractory, dissolved organic pollutants and characteristic pollutants in wastewater, and meet the discharge standard of wastewater.
