摘  要:目的:丰富对坐叶药材的质量标准内容。方法:依据2015版《中国药典》(四部)通则中相关实验方法进行对坐叶药材含量测定。结果:对坐叶药材水分含量在12.32%~15.37%之间;总灰分含量在7.66%~9.32%之间;酸不溶性灰分含量在2.23%~4.60%之间;50%乙醇浓度醇浸出物含量在18.97%~23.87%之间。结论:初步建议对坐叶药材水分含量低于15.50%,总灰分不超过9.5%,酸不溶性灰分控制在5%之内,醇溶性浸出物最高24%为宜。In order to increase the content of the quality standard of the Hedyotis uncinella Hook.et Arn.. Used by this study, the contents of Hedyotis uncinella Hook.et Arn. Were to select and use the protocol in China Pharmacopeia 2015, four section.The result display that Hedyotis uncinella Hook.et Arn. moisture content was between 12.32 % and 15.37 %. The total ash content ranged from 7.66 % to 9.32 %. acid insoluble ash ranged from 2.23 % to 4.60 %. The concentration of 50 % ethanol was 18.97 %~23.87 %. Therefore, it is suggested that the moisture content of Hedyotis uncinella Hook.et Arn. is less than 15.50 %, the total ash content is less than 9.5 %, the acid insoluble ash content is less than 5 %, and the alcohol-soluble extract is less than 24 %.
